THE CLUB

Builth Wells Rugby Football Club (BWRFC) is a very successful, friendly, community-oriented club, considered by many to be the premier club in mid Wales.

Our 1st XV team play in WRU SWALEC League Division 2 West Central and the Senior Development Team will play local and social matches. We have a long tradition of fielding successful youth sides producing a number of internationals. The team will play in Blues Youth Premiership.
We also have a thriving and vibrant mini/junior section with over 240 members, running teams in each age group from under 8 to under 16 years and have supplied a number of players for the Cardiff Blues junior squads.

OUR ETHOS

The ethos of the club is to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all, thus promoting and developing rugby in the local community. We actively encourage all young people to participate in playing the game, supporting players of all ages from our local community to reach their full potential.

All funding generated is channelled towards this aim; as a consequence, we do not pay any of our players or coaches. All elected officers, committee members and helpers also give of their time on a purely voluntary basis reflecting our truly amateur status. : 

£1K CLUB - KEY SPONSOR (£1k + VAT)

  • Guaranteed allocation of 1 match ticket for each six nations home game and priority consideration for extra allocation

  • First refusal on tables for Builth RFC Social Events

  • £100 reduction next season for each contracted new sponsor introduced. 

MAJOR SPONSOR (£2k + VAT and above)

As the 1k club but:

  • Sponsors logo on team shirt.

  • Guaranteed allocation of 2  home 6 Nations match tickets

  • Additional preloaded credit on Club membership disount card

  • Matchday sponsorship up to 20 guests.

  • Complimentary seat for Sponsor & guest for Builth RFC Social Events

  • Individually tailored business preferences 

We are extremely pleased to welcome any new sponsors to the club and are always prepared to look at the basic sponsorship package and tailor it to your specific requirements.

MATCH DAY SPONSOR 

As a Match Day sponsor, you and your guests will receive a warm welcome to the club for pre or post match refreshments. You will receive a copy of the matchday programme, which will include your sponsorship identity, for each of the group which entitles them to free entry to the game.

Basic Matchday Sponsorship - £250 (Incl VAT) and up to 8 guests- Includes entry to the game and pre or post-match food and a club membership drinks discount card valid for the day.

Matchday Package Sponsorship - £500 (Incl VAT) and up to 15 guests. Includes game entry, food and a club membership drinks discount card preloaded with £75 Credit valid for the day.

PROGRAMME ADVERTISERS

A colour advertisement in the season-long programme will not only ensure the company is advertised in the programme at each home game, but the company logo will be included on an advertisers gallery on the Bulls website for the whole season thereby giving maximum exposure to their business.

GROUND ADVERTISING

 £250 + VAT  per banner provided by you will ensure that your business will be on display at each home game for the season. Guidelines and approved suppliers information is available on request.
