Builth RFC mourn the passing of Mrs Maureen Davies

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs Maureen Davies, who lost her fight against cancer last week.

Mo was the wife of Bob Davies (a person who served Builth Wells Rugby Club with distinction as a player, coach and chairman of the club for decades) and mother of Rhys, one of the bright lights in the future of the club.

Throughout the years, Mo has supported the club alongside her husband Bob and will be dearly missed. The funeral will be next Saturday (18th February), 1pm at Llanganten Church in Cilmery. The club have postponed the home fixture against Bonymaen as a mark of respect. We will also be observing a minutes silence in the next club fixtures.
