AMMANFORD 38-7 BUILTH WELLS

Builths difficult season continued as they traveled south to face second placed Ammanford on Saturday.

A depleted Bulls side due to injury meant passive scrums from the off and despite starting well, the home side were to score within the first 10 minutes adding a further two tries in the first half. Half time score 19-0.

Despite the score line, Builth responded positively and the travelling support were treated to a try courtesy of scrum half Ben Pugh just after the break, ably converted by Dale Jones. This however was where the points tally for Builth ended. Ammanford extended their lead, running in another three tries, earning a comfortable win for the home team.

Missed tackles were the order of the day and in spite of the result and obvious complications from injuries, Builth again showed improvement on recent performances. They will look forward to hosting Trebanos on the Groe next Saturday 28th November 2015.
